We’re running 30-minute FREE semi-private taster sessions, capped at just 2 people per session, led by our Gym Manager and Coach, Elaine. You’ll get a real feel for how our semi-private training works — supportive, structured, and tailored to you, even in a small group setting.

Because choosing a gym is a big decision — and we believe you should experience our coaching, environment, and vibe before committing. This isn’t a sales pitch or a watered-down workout. It’s a genuine opportunity to try our coaching style, ask questions, and see if GRL is the right fit for you.
