Whether you’re a beginner, intermediate, or advanced; whether you’re young, old, or anywhere in between, Semi Private is tailored to meet each individual’s unique goals, knowledge, and abilities!
Your personal accountability coach is carefully chosen based on your specific needs and goals, assigned by management after your consultation!

"When are the sessions?"

Our booking app makes it easy to book Semi Private training 7 days a week, with flexible opening hours and a maximum of 4 participants per small group coaching session.
Choose a time and session that suits you with our wide selection of options.
PLUS! Gym access is included 7 days a week, giving you the freedom to train and get your steps in whenever it fits your schedule!

"Do you offer accountability?"

Our weekly check-in service fosters a private, supportive relationship with your personal accountability coach, allowing you to open up freely!
This ensures we can offer you the best advice, support, and accountability to rely on each week.

"Can I eat or have takeaways?"

Definitely! You’ll collaborate with your accountability coach to create a realistic, sustainable approach to your diet, with your goals at the centre. This plan will be something you can stick to for life and adjust as your goals evolve!

"What kind of training do you specialise in?"

Depending on your goal, your accountability coach will guide you on which coaching sessions to attend, helping you structure your week and plan any individual training sessions you may have.
We recognise the importance of women of all ages incorporating both weight training and cardio into their routines for health benefits, including improved mental health, a stronger heart, and the prevention of conditions like osteoporosis, diabetes, CHD, and more.
This, alongside fostering a healthy relationship with your body, building body confidence, and developing a positive relationship with food! More on that later.

"What type of training do you focus on?"

We have a set plan for each day of the month, and you can book into any session that fits your schedule on any given day.
Sessions range from upper body, lower body, glutes, core, cardio, Hyrox, and much more!

"Do you focus on fat loss or muscle gain?"

Both! Your journey will be tailored to you, with our experienced accountability coaches supporting you every step of the way!
We at GRL focus on our semi private training as it offers more flexibility for clients to book into slots, builds a great community and you will receive a personally tailored accountability service every week to ensure your goals and expectations are exceeded.
As well as coaching, training guides and a personal accountability coach, you will receive:
