For our semi-private and online coaching clients, nutritional guidance is provided on the first day to give you an idea of what to be eating and drinking to help best support your training in order to achieve the best results! Of course! We have members of all ages and abilities. Initially we will have a consultation to discuss any training history to build you the perfect plan to suit you. You will be eased in at your own pace with a gentle push from your coach!
We work with all members individually – please tell us upon joining whether you have any injuries or illnesses and we will do all we can to ensure you are safe and well when training with us. In some cases, you may have been advised by a doctor or physician to exercise in order to improve your condition; we will be happy to facilitate that.
We have coaches who specialise in post-natal fitness and as a female-only environment, we are well equipped to work with you no matter what stage in life you are at. From mothers to grandmothers – we have worked with women just like you!
Exercise and well-being is important for all ages. We see gyms and fitness being marketed to younger audiences, but are very proud of our inclusive community of members of all ages – we have coaches in their 20’s, 30’s and 40’s and members in their 60’s!
